Our client, a leader in the commercial leasing industry on the Seacoast is looking to add a Sales Representative to their team.
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, computer-savvy, multi-tasker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, accomplishing challenging work
This is a full-time position beginning immediately.
Primary Duties Include:
Direct sales via both consumer and vendor accounts
Cultivation and upkeep of book of business
Negotiations with funding sources
Tracking transactions in company CRM
Providing exceptional customer service
Compare quotes and terms from funding sources to find the best match for each customer
Process return documentation and issue supporting information to appropriate parties to close
Minimum 3-5 years sales experience
Knowledge of leasing industry a plus, though not required
College education preferred
Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical skills, highly organized, and able to multi-task
Exhibit a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
