Job Description

Appointment Scheduler / Medical Office


Seacoast Healthcare Company is looking for an experienced candidate to assist with reception and appointment scheduling. This is a fast-paced medical office setting where this role will assist in both front and back office duties, but primarily phone coverage. 

Duties to include:

  • Managing daily inbound and outbound calls
  • Follow-up patient calls 
  • Setting up appointments
  • Basic computer entry 
  • Coverage of reception area


Qualifications
  • Superior customer service skills 
  • Able to handle and assist incoming calls
  • Must have a proven Customer Service or Reception experience
  • Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred but not required
