- Greeting incoming patients
- Patient check-in, processing, and check-out
- Maintaining front office administration
- Following up patient calls and appointment scheduling
- Providing phone coverage and handling reception duties
- Prior medical office experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Ability to be flexible and handle a variety of work assignments
- Quick learner
- Ability to multi-task
- Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced environment
- History of outstanding customer service skills must be demonstrated
