Job Description

We are currently seeking to fill a Documentation Specialist position for our client in the Dover, NH area. They are a leader in the industry, with an excellent reputation, in need of additional loan support for their customers. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity.

Primary Job Duties:

·         Preparing physical and electronic lease documents

 

·         Reviewing legal documentation of borrowers to ensure bank requirements have been met

 

·         Gathering additional information from customers

 

·         Extensive contact with vendors, customers, and financial institutions to complete requirements for funding of transactions

 

·         Answering consumer questions related to leasing documents

 

·         Resolving customer and vendor issues and maintaining relationships

 

·         Adherence to company policies

 

·         Work with funding sources throughout process

 

·         Work with sales staff to ensure all documents are being handled properly and in a timely fashion

Qualifications
  • College degree (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial field
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
  • Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong Analytical skills, highly organized, self-motivated and ability to multi-task
  • 2-5 years of related experience in either the Auto, Financing and/or Mortgage industry
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
