Job Description

Our client, a family-owned business that operates a fireplace and woodstove showroom located in the Seacoast NH area, is looking for a Showroom/Office Assistant to join their team. This is a Part-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pay rate: $12.00 - $14.00/hr. 

Primary Job Duties:

  • Greet and serve customer 
  • Process customer order 
  • Sales in QuickBooks 
  • Answer phones 
  • Maintain showroom are and displays 
  • Perform general office functions
  • Adherence to company policies

Qualifications

 

  • Outgoing and friendly personality 
  • Ability to learn product features and benefits 
  • Willingness to preform general clerical duties (filing, data entry, etc.) 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Dependable and flexible 
  • Basic QuickBooks Experience Required
