Direct Placement - Our staff thoroughly screens and interviews all qualified candidates, and will only present those who we truly believe will be the right fit. Our direct hire placement services are performed on a contingency fee basis only, meaning you pay our company a fee only after hiring one of our candidates.
Temp-to-Hire - By choosing to hire an employee on a temp-to-hire basis, our clients are relieved from the responsibility of offering medical benefits, filing and withholding taxes, workers' compensation and unemployment claims, as well as management of daily HR issues. Temp-to-hire employees are eligible for permanent hire at any time for a predetermined agreed-upon fee, or after meeting a certain number of hours at no extra cost.
Temporary Staffing - Our clients benefit from the flexibility of a contingent workforce to supplement short-term and long-term staffing needs. If desired, temporary employees are eligible for permanent hire in the same way as a temp-to-hire position.
